My portrait, I feel is very good with the techniques we learned in class. I used a lot of the shading we learned in our booklets and I included some details from our proportion booklet. I feel that the best part of the portrait is the upper part of the face. The eyes through the hair all include very neat detailing and somewhat lifelike quality. The overall drawing is what I wanted and expected given my small amount of training, but I am very happy with it. I hope I get a good grade and I hope to improve even more with my drawing in the next coming weeks.
