My three cups drawing relates to all four types of Composition. I wanted to make sure that the drawing had a good orientation. Meaning I placed it vertically because, I chose three tall cups rather than thicker cups. So by placing it vertically I gave the drawing more room for the real heights to come into play. I gave my drawing good proportion because I didn't want a small cup to be the same size as a tall cup making the viewers very confused. I made sure that if the cup was closer the the viewing point I drew it larger and if it was further away I made it smaller. I also, made sure my drawing had good balance. I wanted to make sure the drawing would take up the whole page and not just one half of it. I did this by allowing the thinner tall cups on one side and the small thick cup on the other side, allowing for good contrast but also good balance. For the height of the bases I made sure that I had a variety of cups. For that I got a small cup, a medium cup, and a very tall cup. To be sure that the viewing audience could tell the different sizes I spaced them out to show that they were all very different yet similar to each other. That is why I made my drawing a very good piece when discussing the four types of Composition.
